These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NextScrimz regarding your use of the platform and services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's law) to use NextScrimz.
Players under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to participate in tournaments and use our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false information may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to share your account with others. Each account is for individual use only.
Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to our support team. NextScrimz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Match rules, scoring formats, and eligibility requirements will be posted on each event page. It is your responsibility to review these rules before participating.
NextScrimz reserves the right to disqualify players/teams using cheats, hacks, or engaging in unfair practices. This includes but is not limited to exploiting bugs, smurfing, or collusion.
Decisions by organizers or admins are final in case of disputes. While we strive for fairness, all rulings are at the discretion of our tournament officials.
Entry fees are processed securely via Razorpay or other third-party providers. NextScrimz does not store your payment information.
Refunds will only be issued if a tournament/scrim is canceled before it starts. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, disqualifications, or incomplete participation.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in the specific tournament rules. Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
Prize distributions will be made within 24–48 hours after result verification. Delays may occur in cases requiring additional verification.
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details for prize distribution. Incorrect information may delay prize delivery.
Any fraudulent claims will result in disqualification and possible account ban. NextScrimz reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation.

All content, branding, and software on NextScrimz belong to us or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and code.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our platform without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
User-generated content remains your property, but you grant NextScrimz a license to use it for platform operation and promotion.
NextScrimz is not responsible for internet failures, technical errors, or game server outages that may affect tournament participation.
We are not liable for losses resulting from user mistakes, disconnections, or rule violations. Participation in events is at your own risk.
NextScrimz provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
Bans may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of violations. Terminated accounts may not participate in any future events.
You may appeal account termination by contacting our support team with relevant evidence.
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it to understand our data practices.
Payments are secured by third-party providers; we do not store sensitive card/bank details on our servers.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
