👉 Go to the Sign Up page, enter your name, email, password, and verify your account. Once done, you can log in and start joining scrims.

👉 Browse available scrims on the homepage, click Join, pay the entry fee (if required), and you'll get the room ID & password before the match starts.

👉 Go to My Teams → Create Team, invite your teammates by their game ID, and set a team name. As captain, you can also edit or remove members anytime.

👉 Enter your correct in-game ID while registering. If needed, our moderators may ask for proof (screenshot of profile) before allowing entry into events.

👉 Go to Profile Settings → edit name, email, game ID, or password → click Save.

👉 Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link.

👉 In Settings, you can enable/disable email or app notifications for match alerts, updates, and results.

👉 Once registered, you'll receive the Room ID & Password in your dashboard or email before the match starts.

👉 No hacks, cheats, or third-party tools. Any unfair advantage will result in a ban. Play fair and respect other players.

👉 Scoring is based on kills + placement points. Detailed scoring rules are shown on each scrim's page.

👉 After the match ends, go to Results → select your tournament → view rankings and scores.

👉 Use the Report button in your dashboard or contact support with match proof (screenshot/video). Our team will review it.

👉 Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can use UPI, wallets, debit/credit cards, or net banking.

👉 If money is deducted but you don't get confirmation, wait a few minutes. If not resolved, contact support with transaction ID.

👉 Yes. Refunds are provided if a scrim is canceled before it begins. No refunds for no-shows or disqualifications due to rule violations.

👉 Prize money is automatically credited to your registered account/wallet within 24–48 hours after results are verified.

👉 Double-check your email & password. If forgotten, use Forgot Password. If still blocked, contact support.

👉 Ensure you're entering the correct details without spaces. If it still fails, refresh and check updates — sometimes new IDs are issued.

👉 Clear your cache/cookies, ensure a stable internet connection, or try opening in another browser/device.

👉 Yes. We use encryption and secure hosting to protect your data. Payments are handled by trusted gateways like Razorpay.

👉 Change your password immediately and report it to our support team.

👉 Respect all players, avoid abusive language, and follow the rules of the event.

👉 Depending on the violation, penalties can range from warnings to permanent bans. Cheating will lead to immediate disqualification.
